Now I bought a 640Gb My Passport Essential and none of my Mac's recognize it. I have several external WD drives, including 2x250GB drives, 1Tb World Edition and a 120Gb Passport Portable drive. How do I fix this and then how do I ensure that I can use the WD My Passport on both the Mac and the PC. I read that I needed to re-format the HD drive which I did but now neither the PC nor the Mac even sees the HD. I have just purchased a WD My Passport external 4 TB drive and wish to use it on both my PC as well as my iMac. Now I'm trying to recover it on my MAC, but cannot find a program that is reliable and would defenitely. However when I tried to use now again it has now came up as a driver on the PC and must have done something as now I cannot see any data on it what so ever. Hi, I would urgently need help please!
